1. Acceptance
By creating an account you agree to these Terms & Service. If you do not agree, do not register.
2. Service
AdProxy provides access to proxy server slots on a recurring subscription basis. Slots are assigned automatically based on availability. We do not guarantee a specific IP, ISP, or location.
3. Acceptable use
You may not use the service for activities that are illegal in your jurisdiction, that violate the rights of others, or that compromise the integrity of the proxy network. We may suspend access for violations without refund.
4. Billing
Subscriptions renew monthly and are billed in advance through Stripe. You can cancel at any time; access remains active until the end of the paid period. Fees are non-refundable except where required by law.
5. IP whitelisting
You are responsible for the IP addresses you whitelist. Connections from IPs not on your whitelist will be rejected by the proxy.
6. Limitation of liability
The service is provided as-is. We are not liable for damages arising from outages, blocked IPs, or any consequences of your use of the proxies.
7. Changes
We may update these Terms; significant changes will be communicated by email at least 14 days before they take effect.
