1. Who we are

AdProxies ("we", "us") provides mobile proxy subscriptions. This policy explains what personal data we collect, why, and who receives it. For any privacy request, contact us via the support section of your dashboard or the contact details in the footer.

2. Data we collect

• Account data — name, email address, and a hashed password.
• IP addresses — your public IP is collected at login and when you whitelist IPs; it is required to grant your devices access to your proxy (our proxies authenticate by IP).
• Billing data — your billing address and (where applicable) tax/VAT ID are collected and stored by our payment processor, Stripe. We never see or store your card number.
• Affiliate payout data — if you join the affiliate program and request payouts, we store the bank details you provide (account holder, IBAN/SWIFT, bank name and country).
• Support content — messages and files you submit through the ticket system. Ticket attachments are automatically deleted 24 hours after a ticket is closed.
• Usage data — subscription history, invoices and payment status.

3. Who receives your data

• Stripe (payments) — email, name, billing address, tax ID, payment method.
• Our proxy infrastructure provider — the IP addresses you whitelist, so your devices can connect to your proxy.
• Cloudflare Turnstile (bot protection) — your IP address when a security challenge is shown on signup, login or password reset.
• ipify.org — your browser queries this service to determine your public IP on login/signup and proxy pages; only your IP is disclosed to it.
• Email delivery provider — your email address, to send transactional emails (verification, receipts, payment and service notifications).
• Internal operations alerts — limited data (name, email, ticket excerpts, subscription events) is forwarded to our private staff alert channel so we can respond quickly.

We do not sell personal data, and we do not use third-party advertising or analytics trackers.

4. Cookies

We use strictly necessary cookies: a session cookie (login state, CSRF protection) and, if you arrive via an affiliate link, a 30-day referral cookie that records which affiliate referred you. We do not use advertising or cross-site tracking cookies.

5. Retention

Account and billing records are kept for as long as your account exists and thereafter as required for tax and accounting law. Unverified accounts and their data are deleted automatically after an inactivity period. Ticket attachments are purged 24 hours after ticket closure.

6. Your rights

Depending on your jurisdiction (including GDPR and CCPA), you may have the right to access, correct, export, or delete your personal data, and to object to or restrict processing. To exercise any of these rights, open a support ticket or contact us using the details below — we will respond within the legally required timeframe. Deleting your account erases or irreversibly anonymizes your personal data (name, email, IP addresses, support content, payout details); anonymized billing and subscription records are retained as required by tax and accounting law, and data held by Stripe is retained per Stripe's own legal obligations.

7. Security

Passwords are stored hashed, traffic is encrypted in transit (HTTPS), access to personal data is role-restricted, and payment card data never touches our servers.
