AdProxies provides mobile proxy access sold as a monthly subscription. Access is granted by whitelisting the IP addresses you register in your dashboard.
Subscriptions are billed monthly in advance through Stripe and renew automatically until cancelled. You can cancel at any time from your dashboard; access then continues until the end of the paid period. If a renewal payment fails, proxy access is suspended immediately and restored automatically once payment succeeds; if payment is not settled, the subscription is cancelled.
You may not use the service for unlawful activity, including unauthorized access to systems, fraud, distribution of malware, harassment, or violation of third-party terms where such violation is unlawful. We may suspend or terminate accounts engaged in abuse.
We aim for high availability but the service is provided "as is" without uptime guarantees. If a proxy becomes unavailable, we migrate your subscription to a replacement automatically where possible.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, our total liability for any claim related to the service is limited to the amount you paid us in the three months preceding the claim. We are not liable for indirect or consequential damages.
We may update these terms; material changes will be announced via email or the dashboard. Continued use after changes take effect constitutes acceptance.
